The GOP Debate: Did Trump Take A Page Out of the Bernie Book?

This GOP Debate saw it's twists and turns as we saw several candidates go head to head and talked about sensitive topics, but Trump surprised viewers across America when he took a page out of the Bernie book.

Trump had many choice words to say today to Jeb Bush, and he fixed up his bromance with Ted Cruz, but what shocked viewers and gained uproarious applause from the audience was when Trump proclaimed, "We have spent $4 trillion to topple people when we should used it to fix our roads, our bridges, our airports". This shocked viewers, and even temporarily had mainly liberal voters praising Trump.



Even still, Trump had his other moments this debate, getting into shouting matches with Bush and hesitating when asked if he was willing to kill innocent Muslims just because they might have ties to a known Jihadist.

Even still, just because Trump took one page out of Bernie's book, Bernie made it clear that Trump had already gone too far with his xenophobic and racist remarks.


Bernie has said on Fallon that he looks forward to beating Trump, and from this standpoint Trump might end up being the Republican nominee for President, as he did lead the conversation on Twitter.

Now, it's time to wait for the next Democratic Debate that will be coming up this Saturday on the 19th. According to many polls online, Trump led the conversation online, now it's time to see who will take the helm at this Democratic Debate.
