Cruz Is Out; What Does That Mean?

Ted Cruz is officially out of the race after his devastating loss to Donald Trump in Indiana. This basically guarantees a nomination for Donald Trump in the Republican Convention in Cleveland. The real question is, what does this mean for the general election?

We've all heard the story, the GOP elites are gonna pull out a magical candidate out of thin air to replace the controversial Donald.

So unless Ted Cruz really is the Zodiac Killer and his main goal is to stop campaigning and go back to killing, we have to worry about Trump.

Many polls have shown across the board that Bernie has a much higher chance of beating Trump than Hillary, and it's been hinted many times that Trump has yet to unload his "Trump Card" onto Hillary.

Indiana today has proven one thing, Bernie wins in open primaries, and considering that Independents will be voting in the general election in much greater numbers, Bernie will be getting a lot more votes than he did during the primary, counting the fact that many of Hillary's supporters would vote for him if he won.

So, with Bernie having a better chance of beating Trump than Hillary, and the proof that Bernie most likely has more support amongst the American people than Hillary, I think it's clear that we need to unite behind Bernie Sanders. Many key states such as California and New Jersey remain, and many smaller ones such as North Dakota and South Dakota are most likely to lean towards Bernie. I believe we can still win this, and I truly hope the people get out there and get Bernie to win the primary and then beat Trump in the general election!
