Bernie Sanders Is Far From Done

It's looking grim isn't it? Hillary was endorsed by Obama, then Warren and then Biden. Many Bernie supporters have become disheartened about the events of the past week, but let me tell you something, Bernie is far from done,

This primary season, over 11 million people voted for Bernie Sanders. That, my friend, is not a small number.

Bernie Sanders did not run for president to simply become president. Bernie ran for president to start a revolution in the hearts and minds of the American people; and he succeeded. We are fired up, countless of "Berniecrats" have announced plans to run for office, and many of them will win. If these Berniecrats win, their will be progressive change.

Even still, more news is coming in on uncounted votes in California and counties flipping in favor of Bernie after these votes are counted. If enough counties flip in favor of Bernie, there is a good chance that the tides may change in California and may lead to a contested convention (and just a reminder, it's not "sexist" for Bernie to not drop out).

Even if Hillary ends up the Democratic nominee, Hillary will find herself in a position where she'll need Bernie. Many Bernie supporters (not all) will vote for Hillary if Bernie does endorse her, but I doubt he'll endorse her without compromise. Maybe Hillary will compromise on the issues or maybe she'll compromise on the position Bernie will hold if she becomes President.

Either way, democracy is built on compromise and Bernie can still come out of this race with more power then he came in with. And don't forget, if you don't want to vote for Hillary, you can still write-in Bernie if you believe in him that much (this is a Democracy (apparently), you have that option).

Understand this, Bernie build a revolution, we can enact change if we stay united together. We have a long way to go to November, let's make our voices heard. Don't turn to anger and hatred, we can make this work for us, we're a big enough group to make demands and have them answered!

    3. Will not vote for Hillary. She's beholden to the 1%, to repressive regimes that donated dark money, hid 30,000+ emails and lied about it. She's done everything Trump only blathers about. Trump may be the proverbial pig, but HilLIARy is the pig with lipstick. She needs brought to heel, or this country will continue down the path of oligarchs protecting each other.

  3. Those creatures that you just named were never with us to begin with--they were just some of the spies in our camp and now they are gone and forgotten. They made a big mistake as politicians sometimes do. They rigged primaries where all could see what they have done. They are criminals and they will be caught and punished. If any of you missed this you are blind. Never give up what you have felt--THE LOVE AND TRUST OF AND FOR AN HONEST MAN---There are too few of them in politics--Peace and Love to you all.

  4. I think it is morally wrong when a man plagiarizes from someone else without giving credit. His statement last week about "government not working from the top down but from the bottom up" is word for word from a paper by Scott Lloyd in 1996. Plagiarized-Plagiarized-Plagiarized-Plagiarized.

  5. Bobbie, that's such a generic statement I don't think it could even count as plagiarism..

  10. I disagree. Bernie will not end up powerful by accepting corrupt election results. He was all but ignored by The Establishment politicians during his career, and in the event he loses he will be considered a loser by the establishment hacks. It is they who will be stronger because their corruption is successful. That's why we can never accept the results of a stolen election. You do not compromise with cancer you fight it

  11. Will he register in states like VA that I think require that for being a write-in?

  12. If Bernie doesn't run as an Independent I will be writing his name in. I'll lose either way if my vote goes to Clinton or Trump and at least I'll be standing by my beliefs.
What we need to do is make certain that all those "super" delegates in congress who know what a fraud this election has been at every turn and still support Clinton, never see their congressional seats again. They need to be replaced just as much as Reid does! Perhaps if we start afresh we'd at least have some chance at honesty.
